Return & Cancellation Policy
All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in the original manufacturer packaging with no damage, and never been used. Any returns for shipping errors, damage or loss upon delivery must be reported to Oil Filter Service, Inc. within 10 days of the delivery date. No items will be accepted after the 30 day return policy. All items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Oil Filter Service, Inc. Please call or email us to get an RMA for your return. The purchaser is to be responsible for all shipping charges for returned items. The original purchaser is the only person that may request a return (RMA). There are no returns for Special order items.
Oil Filter Service, Inc. must approve cancellation of any order prior to shipment. If the order has already been shipped then the terms of the Return Policy will apply. Any order refused by the purchaser will be charged 50% of the invoice amount plus all freight charges to return the order to our warehouse. There are no cancellations for Special order items.
